Step into one of our two saunas, offering a combined capacity of 25. Whether you prefer the deep, disciplined heat of our 195°F primary sauna or the more tempered, restorative warmth of our 175°F experience, these are designed to be far more than just sitting in a box and sweating.

Where the real work begins. We offer two dedicated cold plunges, a foundational 55°F for acclimation and a challenging 45°F for deep physiological reset. Whether you are taking your first plunge or pushing your limits, you’ll find the environment you need to sharpen your focus and restore your natural equilibrium.

  • You’ll find us inside the Johnny Appleseed Plaza in Leominster. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team and guided through a quick tour of the space so you know exactly how everything works.

    We’ll walk you through the sauna, cold plunge, and flow of the experience so there’s no guesswork. No prior experience needed.

    Once you’re settled, you’ll move at your own pace. Take your time, ease into the process, and focus on how your body feels.

    This is your time to reset.

  • Our approach is simple: heat and cold, used with intention.

    • Heat (Sauna): Supports deep relaxation, muscle recovery, and cardiovascular health

    • Cold (Plunge): Builds mental resilience and helps regulate your nervous system

    For most people, a good starting point is:

    • 11–19 minutes in the sauna

    • 1–5 minutes in the cold plunge

    Repeat for a few rounds, or keep it short and focused. You don’t have to do both—follow what feels right for your body.

    For best results, come 2–4 times per week. Consistency over time is where the real benefits show up.

  • Keep it simple:

    • Swimsuit

    • One or two towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off)

    • Flip-flops or crocs (required in shared spaces)

    • Water bottle (we also provide water)

  • To ensure a comfortable experience, please bring:

  • Not at all. While the "Primal Method" of contrast therapy provides the most comprehensive benefits, you are welcome to enjoy the sauna exclusively if that is your preference.

    • Heat (Sauna): Promotes deep relaxation, cardiovascular health, and muscle recovery through sweating. Increased sauna use correlates with greater health benefits, though we recommend finding your personal threshold to avoid diminishing returns.

    • Cold (Plunge): Primarily focuses on mental fortitude and nervous system regulation. It is a powerful practice of discipline—doing something intentionally "hard" to build resilience and clarity.

  • Every body is different, but for optimal results, we suggest:

    • Heat: 11–19 minutes per session.

    • Cold: 1–5 minutes per session.

    • Listen to your body—your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
