When my wife and I moved to North Central MA, I began searching high and low for a space that offered a true, intentional sauna experience. I visited gyms and wellness centers across the region, but I couldn't find a single place that captured the grit and restoration I was looking for.

That frustration turned into a mission. Instead of waiting for it to appear, I decided to build that experience myself and offer it to the Leominster and wider Worcester County community.

Why I Created Primal Wellness

I believe that deep, regenerative health shouldn't be a luxury, it’s a necessity. We live in a world designed to keep our nervous systems on edge, and I wanted to create a sanctuary where we could use the "primal synergy" of extreme heat and cold to find our way back to center.
