    • Swim suit [required]

    • Footwear: Flip-flops or crocs are required for moving between stations and in locker areas. [required]

    • Two towels: One for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off afterward.

    • Hydration: We provide water, but you are welcome to bring a reusable bottle.

  • Not at all. While the "Primal Method" of contrast therapy provides the most comprehensive benefits, you are welcome to enjoy the sauna exclusively if that is your preference.

    • Heat (Sauna): Promotes deep relaxation, cardiovascular health, and muscle recovery through sweating. Increased sauna use correlates with greater health benefits, though we recommend finding your personal threshold to avoid diminishing returns.

    • Cold (Plunge): Primarily focuses on mental fortitude and nervous system regulation. It is a powerful practice of discipline—doing something intentionally "hard" to build resilience and clarity.

  • Sessions are self-paced, most guests settle into a rhythm of a couple rounds of heat with short cold plunges in between.

    First time? Your host will walk you through the space and help you find yours.

  • For general wellness and recovery, 2–4 times per week is the "sweet spot" for most people. Consistency is more important than duration; regular, shorter sessions often yield better long-term results than infrequent, exhaustive ones.
